We do not collect any personal information.

All data you enter in the Pelvic Relief app is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Exercise history and completion records
• Streak and progress statistics
• Flare-up logs with severity ratings and notes
• Sitz bath records
• Journal entries
• App preferences and reminder settings

This data is stored using your device's secure local storage (AsyncStorage on iOS/Android) and is never transmitted over the internet.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS and Android secure storage mechanisms. Your data:

• Never leaves your device — No data is transmitted to external servers
• Is not backed up to the cloud — Unless you have enabled device-level backups (iCloud/Google)
• Is permanently deleted — When you uninstall the app, all data is removed

Notifications

If you enable stand-up reminders, your device schedules local notifications. These notifications:

• Are handled entirely by your device's operating system
• Do not require any server communication
• Do not transmit any data externally
• Can be disabled at any time in the app or device settings

Third-Party Services

Pelvic Relief does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. We do not use:

• Analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media SDKs
• Any external APIs that process user data

The app works entirely offline after installation.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we don't collect data, there is no risk of children's data being compromised.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you have complete control:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app
• Deletion: Uninstall the app to permanently delete all data
• Portability: Your data exists only on your device

We cannot provide copies of your data because we don't have access to it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users through the app if changes materially affect privacy

Legal Basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area: Since we do not collect or process any personal data, GDPR data processing requirements do not apply to Pelvic Relief. Your data remains entirely under your control on your own device.
